With 25 years’ experience across the environmental sector, Joe combines technical expertise with commercial know-how to develop innovative, real-world solutions. Beginning his career in the waste industry and now working in energy, he has built extensive experience in shaping and delivering wastewater heat recovery projects that bridge engineering excellence with commercial viability.
Business Development Manager
Stewart is an adaptable, results-driven business development professional with extensive experience in planning and delivering complex engineering and construction projects across the water, power, waste-to-energy, and petrochemical sectors. He is skilled at operating in fixed-price environments, consistently meeting demanding cost, quality, and deadline requirements while driving growth and client success.
Dr Richard Mort
Director
Richard is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with more than 30 years of financial, commercial, and operational management experience across industries including construction, water, power, waste, gas, rail, and renewable energy. In addition to his accountancy qualifications, he holds a PhD in Civil Engineering, bringing a unique blend of financial insight and technical understanding to the team.
Project Manager
Graham brings over 28 years of industry expertise to the team, with a career spanning a wide range of sectors. He has successfully delivered more than 100 engineering and process projects, ranging in value from £50,000 to £7.2 million and in duration from 3 months to 3 years. His track record demonstrates both technical depth and the ability to deliver complex projects to the highest standard.
